Governor Phil Murphy signed legislation sponsored by Senators Linda Greenstein and Bob Smith, which will ban the intentional addition of perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) substances in three categories of consumer products, and will require notice for products containing the substances.
